Our measured 2024 average across the vehicles we arranged for clients: 0.199 kg of CO₂ per kilometer, about 4.0 t per assignee year at 20,000 km, assessed by Fair Venture.

Tailpipe for fuel; generation average for electricity, the EU grid average per the European Environment Agency, about 256 g per kWh; no upstream fuel or charging losses. On a coal-heavy grid an electric car can land near a full hybrid; on a hydro grid, near zero.

Over a two-year assignment the saving, about 5.8 t, is more than the 4.1 t CO₂e of shipping a family's 40-foot container to the host country and back. The daily car choice offsets the shipment.
