Transportation planning tool privacy statement

At the company lookup, we process the company website or company name to research public company information. During the journey, we process session answers and usage events under a random session identifier. These remain pseudonymous until you provide an email at the final step. From that point, your email, optional name and role, session answers, document choices and consent preferences become personal data.

Our legitimate interests support the company lookup, pseudonymous usage events, one follow-up from an ExpatRide Partner Manager, and a note to ExpatRide's existing partner contact at a named relocation management company when you ask us to include them. Newsletter messages rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Anonymous sessions are retained for 30 days. Private plan links expire after 30 days. Leads are retained according to ExpatRide's CRM retention policy and applicable legal requirements.

ExpatRide uses People Data Labs for company enrichment, Lovable AI or Anthropic for model-assisted drafting, Resend for email, Zoho CRM for lead management, Calendly for scheduling, and Lovable Cloud for hosting and storage. Model use is configured for zero-retention API processing where available. International transfers rely on adequacy decisions or EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.

ExpatRide's ISO 9001 scope covers quality management, ISO 14001 covers environmental management, and ISO 27001 covers information security management. Certification scope and current certificates are available from ExpatRide on request.

You may opt out of communications or request access, correction or deletion by emailing privacy@expatride.com. A deletion request may be limited where retention is legally required.
