We use legitimate interest for company research. We use your consent at the contact gate to prepare your download and process the contact details you provide. You may withdraw consent at any time.

• Your company website or name, used to find public company information.
• Your answers and usage events, stored under a random session identifier.
• Public pages on your company's own website, used to show published commitments and announcements with their sources.
• Your email and any name or role you provide at the final step.

We do not store personal information from the public pages we read.

• To research the company and prepare the transportation program outline for download after you provide your contact details. The report is not emailed.
• To understand how the planning tool is used.
• To follow up once about the cost estimate.
• To contact an existing relocation-company partner when you ask us to include them.

When your footprint is confirmed we create a private outline page at a random address. Anyone who has the link can open it, so treat it as you would a shared document. Outline pages and the answers that build them are kept for 90 days from the last visit, then deleted. Resume links for unfinished sessions expire after 30 days.

We count how often a transportation program outline page is opened and which chapters are reached. We keep these counts in aggregate only, we show them on the page itself, and we never attribute a reading to an individual or mention it in outreach.

ExpatRide uses People Data Labs for company enrichment, Lovable AI or Anthropic for model-assisted drafting, Resend for email, Zoho CRM for lead management, Calendly for scheduling, and Lovable Cloud for hosting and storage. Model use is configured for zero-retention API processing where available. International transfers rely on adequacy decisions or EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.

Transportation program outline addresses are random and unguessable. Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to ExpatRide staff who need it, and the processors above act under written contracts.

The tool is for people acting for their employer and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Transportation program outline pages and the answers that build them are retained for 90 days from the last visit. Resume links and unfinished sessions are retained for 30 days. Leads are retained according to ExpatRide's CRM retention policy and applicable legal requirements.

ExpatRide's ISO 9001 scope covers quality management, ISO 14001 covers environmental management, and ISO 27001 covers information security management. Certification scope and current certificates are available from ExpatRide on request.
